The Dog House Welcomes You

Welcome to The Dog House!  

 

Our goal is to make you feel completely comfortable in leaving your cherished pet with us while you are away. We offer pet boarding, including cats and dogs, and daycare for dogs.

We want our customers to know that we truly understand how important your pets are to you. We pride ourselves in doing everything we can to make sure that The Dog House is always a clean, safe, and fun place for your pets.

The Dog House was established over 19 years ago with the purpose of providing a high-quality facility where locals, as well as visitors, from out of town, can bring their dogs to receive quality care. The Dog House strives to creates an environment that is not only stimulating and fun for the dogs, but also provides the owners with peace of mind because they know they will be well cared for in their absence.

The dogs get to play all morning, and by the afternoon they are ready for their naptime and lunch break, which lasts about 3 hours. This time allows for them to eat and digest their food, as well as nap, before coming back out to play for the rest of the afternoon.

We have one large indoor play area. The play area has a garage door that opens to beautiful views and fresh air, while also keeping the dogs protected when the weather is not so cooperative. We also have a large outdoor play area which is utilized at the discretion of staff and is dependent on weather and number of dogs.

 

We pride ourselves on having staff that is well trained, and very good at recognizing dogs who may need a little extra care or attention.
